Any unauthorized use of the Trademarks and/or any use of a mark or symbol that is likely to cause confusion among consumers or in any manner that disparages or discredits Valour Trades or its affiliate/business partners is strictly prohibited.

You may not use any of the Trademarks in any manner without the prior written consent of Valour Trades. Any unauthorized use is expressly prohibited by law.

All content that is made available to view and/or download in connection with the Valour Trades website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is owned by and is the copyrighted work of Valour Trades and/or its partners and is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions.

USER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD AND SECURITY

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify Valour Trades immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Valour Trades will not be liable for any loss that you may incur because of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by Valour Trades or another party due to someone else using your account or password.

If the registration of a user account is required for the use of our offers, the Customer is obliged to provide truthful information about his personal data (name, e-mail address, telephone number) during the registration process.

The Customer is obliged to keep the deposited data up to date at all times.

We reserve the right to delete multiple registrations.

You represent and warrant that (i) You are not located in a country that is subject to the United States government embargo, or that has been designated by the United States government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and (ii) You are not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

TERMS OF SALE

Valour Trades offers the opportunity to buy certain products and services on terms published via the website. Your purchase of available products further denotes your acceptance of all policies and terms incorporated herein.

PRODUCTS AND PRICING

All products listed on the website, their contents, descriptions, and prices are each subject to change.

RESERVATION RIGHTS

We reserve the right, at any time, to make changes to products to improve quality, towards this end we also reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the sale of any product with or without notice. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

ORDERS

Upon placing an order, and as your order is processed, your order constitutes an offer and shall not to be considered accepted until transmit shipping information. If we are unable to process your order for any reason, we will either not process payment, in the event payment has processed we shall issue a credit to your payment account in the amount charged for the cancelled portion.

PAYMENT TERMS

For each product ordered, you agree to pay the listed price for the product as of the time you submitted your order and applicable delivery fees. You will be solely responsible for payment of all sales taxes, fees, duties, and other governmental charges.

SHIPPING POLICY

Products will be shipped according to the shipping method selected when your order is placed. All delivery dates provided by Valour Trades are estimates and include order processing and packing time. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped.

RETURN POLICY

Within 30 days of purchase, you can return physical products purchased directly from Valour Trades through our website. You receive a refund of the purchase price if the returned item is in original, saleable condition with original tags. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the cost of shipping of the returned product.

If you would like to return any item purchased from a third party, contact the third party directly under email notification to Valour Trades for quality assurance purposes.

Some items are not returnable including the following:

a) downloadable content (like ebooks, essays, printables, posters);

b) works of art if the reason for the return relates to personal taste and/or preferences or the fact that the colour of the product differs from the way it appeared on your screen due to the specifications of your computer system.

TRANSLATION INTERPRETATION

These Terms and Conditions may have been translated if We have made them available to You on our Website. You agree that the original English text shall prevail in the case of a dispute.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions and Additional Terms posted on other sections of the Valour Trades website.
